COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL ATLANTIC BROKERS BEN & JERRY’S LEASE AT OYSTER PARK SHOPPING CENTER IN MOUNT PLEASANT
MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (Feb. 2, 2024) – Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic recently brokered the lease for a new Ben & Jerry’s location, located at the Oyster Park shopping center at 1440 Ben Sawyer Blvd. in Mount Pleasant. This will be the second Ben and Jerry’s ice cream shop in Charleston County, joining the existing location on Kiawah Island, and is expected to open in the spring.
In 2023, broker Tim Rowley of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the landlord of Oyster Park in securing leases with multiple tenants, including Spread Bagelry, Clean Your Dirty Face (30-minute facial bar), The Works Cycle, Findings Boutique, and Dear Lucy Shoes. Rowley is the exclusive broker for Oyster Park.
“Oyster Park is quickly developing into a must-stop shopping plaza in Mount Pleasant, as well as a premier luxury live, work and play community,” said Rowley.
Once its final phase is completed, Oyster Park will be a nearly half-a-million square-foot, state-of-the-art mixed-use project, encompassing 270 luxury multifamily residences, 150,000 square feet of boutique retail, and 50,000 square feet of Class A office space. Oyster Park is just a 10-minute drive west to downtown Charleston, and a five-minute drive immediately east to the popular and pristine beach community, Sullivan’s Island.
