COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL ATLANTIC FACILITATES THE SALE OF LAND IN MOUNT PLEASANT FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING INITIATIVE

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (Dec. 17, 2024) – James A. Dingle of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the seller in the successful sale of 1.62 acres of land located at 3667 Tower Drive in Mount Pleasant, SC. The property was sold for $700,000 and has been designated as part of Charleston County’s ongoing affordable housing efforts.

The 3667 Tower Drive site is one of four properties selected to receive funding through Charleston County’s Affordable Housing Land Acquisition Grant Program. The program, which was launched as a pilot initiative, was made possible through $1,600,000 of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds approved by Charleston County Council.
