The new tenant, Kohler, a global leader in the design and manufacturing of kitchen and bath products, was represented by Reeves Major, Margot Bizon, and Lindsay Stafford of JLL. The strategic location in the Bluestein Building offers Kohler significant visibility and accessibility, aligning with the company’s expansion goals and brand presence in key markets. This is Kohler’s first South Carolina location; the signature store bath fixtures will be a great addition to middle King Street.
