Crispin Cuttino is a licensed commercial real estate professional with a proven track record of success. He began his career at a NYC real estate tech startup valued at over 1 billion dollars and quickly rose through the ranks. Crispin advised leadership on SOPs for contract creation and managed over 40 closings a month across 7 markets.

Specializing in off-market transactions, Crispin achieved $10.4 million in sales volume and closed over 40 units in a single year. He was also recognized as the highest-converting agent at his brokerage for two consecutive quarters. His dedication to his clients, his professionalism, and his unwavering resolve have earned him a stellar reputation in the real estate industry. Crispin’s clients consistently commend his ability to navigate complex transactions with ease and his commitment to securing the best possible outcomes for their investments.

Darby Little, originally from Columbia, SC and attended the University of South Carolina. Darby majored in Retail Management and got certified in Commercial Real Estate Development with Cornell University after receiving his undergraduate degree. Darby decided to make the move closer to the water to Charleston, SC postgrad. He comes from a family background of construction and real estate, so he knew that was the path for him to take. Darby took a job at CBRE and was a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser with them for nearly 6 years, providing a solid foundation of experience in the industry. He made the move to brokerage after he felt he had enough experience within the industry, with a focus on general commercial real estate.

Outside of work, Darby enjoys basketball, tennis, golf, cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks, and being on the water or at the beach.

Graham Mitchell is originally from Charlotte, NC, but he ventured to the coastal charm of Charleston, SC, to attend the College of Charleston, where he pursued a major in Commercial Real Estate Finance.

During his time there, he gained valuable experience through internships focusing on the Self-Storage and Multifamily asset classes, while honing his skills in property analysis and market research. Graham works on the property management team and focuses on general commercial real estate.

Larry Willey, CCIM, has an extensive career spanning over 30 years in the real estate industry. His expertise lies in commercial and investment transactions, with a focus on the medical office sector and multifamily properties.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic, Larry established and operated his own brokerage firm. Before moving to the Charleston area, he served as Chief Operating Officer at a regional healthcare real estate firm based in Atlanta, where he played a pivotal role in managing investment analysis, acquisition, leasing, and property management activities. During this time Larry participated in the acquisition and ownership of the 150,000-square-foot Northwest Medical Center building, further solidifying his expertise in the medical office sector.

Larry’s notable projects include leading a transformative acquisition, redevelopment, and disposition project in Asheville, NC. Collaborating with partners and investors, he spearheaded the conversion of a single-tenant, vacant medical office building at 7 McDowell Street into a thriving multitenant office condominium. This endeavor revitalized the property, generating substantial returns to the investors and reestablishing the building as a valuable community asset.

In addition to his real estate accomplishments, Larry draws on insights gained from his background in the insurance industry and his role as director of business development at a local demolition contracting company. These experiences have provided him with valuable expertise in navigating through environmental and contamination issues that impact real estate transactions.

Larry earned a BA degree from the University of Georgia, dual MBA/MHA degrees from Georgia State University, and holds the esteemed CCIM designation, underscoring his commitment to ongoing professional development and excellence in the field of commercial real estate.
