Brent Case, CCIM of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic came out on top in the list of winners in Charleston/ North Charleston market for their new lease transaction at 1256 Yeamans Hall Road in Hanahan, SC. Brent Case, CCIM represented the landlord in the transaction. The team behind Charleston’s Royal American is launching a new bar and grill, Johnny’s Garage, which will offer live music and a laid-back atmosphere. The new spot has secured a lease in the upcoming Yeamans Hall Shopping Center, a repurposed BP gas station in Hanahan slated to open this spring. The CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals winners are determined by the top deals executed every quarter, based on price and square footage.

Brent Case, CCIM has been in the real estate industry for more than 25 years and is President and Broker in Charge of Charleston’s largest commercial real estate company, Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic. Brent has managed all aspects and processes of the development cycle, including site selection, contract negotiations, due diligence requirements, design, financing, construction, property and asset management. His development experience adds an immense amount of knowledge and understanding to the local permitting agencies often needed to assure the success of complicated sales and lease transactions. Brent has also been the exclusive Real Estate agent for many National Brands Retail Tenants including The UPS Store, Sport Clips, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut. Brent also is a Principle in Tenant Development Company LLC and is Principle in the insurance company AI Insurance Services LLC which has offices in Charleston, Charlotte and Houston. He currently resides in James Island with his lovely wife, Katie, and their two sons, Jack and William.
