NEAL WALSH NAMED TO COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL 2023 BRONZE CIRCLE OF DISTINCTION
North Charleston, SC (February 5th, 2024) – Neal Walsh of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic has been named to the Bronze level of the Coldwell Banker Commercial® (CBC) Circle of Distinction. Neal is a longtime Charleston resident. He has been active in the Charleston regions residential, construction and development business since 1998. His focus is commercial, residential and recreational land throughout the Southeastern U.S.

A former 35-year housing executive, Neal has held senior leadership positions with several private and publicly held Home Builders, and is closely affiliated with the residential development community in South Carolina.
Neal is a Board Member of the Charleston Home Builders Association, The Fellowship Society, and serves as a member of the Charleston Chamber’s Development Committee.
