Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic was founded by Ray Case, CCIM, and Linda Koeper in 1985 as a commercial real estate and investment firm. We became a Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliate in 2000 and joined a network of national, and international companies, giving us a national/global presence. Currently, we have the largest commercial real estate firm in the Charleston area by licensed agents.
